Terms of Service

Last updated 12 June 2026

These terms govern your use of CG Invoicer. By using the service you agree to them. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on it.

The service

CG Invoicer generates invoice documents from data you provide, via a web form and an API.

Not tax, accounting, or legal advice

CG Invoicer generates invoice documents from data you provide and is not a tax, accounting, or legal advisor. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of issued invoices. In particular, we do not assign or sequence invoice numbers - you supply them, and we validate format only.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep your keys secret; treat a leaked key as compromised and revoke it. We may suspend access for suspected abuse.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Respect the rate limits and quotas of your plan.

Plans and billing

Paid plans include a monthly invoice allowance; usage beyond it may be metered or blocked depending on your plan. Prices and limits may change with notice.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content and compliance of invoices you generate.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions: [email protected].
